The event was held in the hotel “Saty” at the request of the Department of Tourism of Almaty region.
Participants: employees of tourist accommodation facilities (administrators, managers of guest houses, hotels, rest houses, etc.)
🎯 Objective: to improve the quality of services provided at the accommodation facilities for a comfortable stay of tourists in the Almaty region in accordance with the National Standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to encourage entrepreneurs to improve the quality of services.
During the seminar, participants understood the importance of working on procedures, developing their own standards, got acquainted with the current National standards for guest houses, service steps. During the practical sessions, the format of greeting and seeing off guests, standards of guest room cleaning were developed.
In order to master the acquired knowledge, an infotour was conducted to show the technological process of the hotel “Saty”.
According to the results of participation, the students were given certificates.
