On December 14, the final training “Organization of accommodation services in accordance with the National standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan” was held at the high-mountain resort hotel “Ak Bulak”. It was organized for entrepreneurs providing services for the reception and accommodation of tourists in Talgar district, Almaty region.
The participants were told how to make corporate and National standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan work, which reference points of the service should be paid attention to in the locations.
During practical classes with the participants, the issues of concern to them were sorted out:
1. The process of finding employees.
2. Communication between the departments of the hotel.
The training ended with an infotour on the hotel of the high-altitude resort “Ak Bulak”, as well as the issuance of certificates.
This training was organized by KAGiR by order of the State Institution “Tourism Department of Almaty region”.
KAGiR with KTA are co-founders of the SUSTOUKA project.
