The SUSTOUKA project held a roundtable last 7 April with representatives of major stakeholders on green financing such as the European Investment Bank (EIB), AIFC Green Finance Center and GEFF, among others, as well as tourism sector MSMEs of Kazakhstan. The Roundtable on Green Financing for Tourism Sector MSMEs reviewed green financing initiatives currently in place, their benefits and available funding programmes. Discussion session were also held to promote incentive measures for tourism sector MSMEs and to encourage a dialogue between participants.
The event took place in the conference hall of InterContinental Almaty hotel and was organized by the Kazakhstan Association of Hotels and Restaurants (KAGiR) within the SUSTOUKA project.
