On January 18, the international SUSTOUKA project held its third day of training for national experts in the capacity-building program on sustainable management of the tourism sector.
Alan Besen came to the seminar from the Pavlodar region. He represents the NGO Earth Foundation “Sustainable Development” and believes that, thanks to the seminar, he will be able to become a national expert.
The SUSTOUKA is implemented by an international consortium led by EKOTEK (Spain) and composed of Kazakhstan Tourist Association (KTA), Kazakhstan Association of Hotels & Restaurants (KAGiR) and ECEAT (The Netherlands). The project is funded by the EU through the SWITCH-Asia Programme.
